Drop-in Classes
Drop-in Meditation Classes
In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. The classes, taught by the Resident teacher Mick Marcon, are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything.
Classes consist of guided meditations, teaching and discussion followed by refreshments. Beginners are welcome.
Class fee: $10 - Conc. $8
