On this half-day meditation course Kelsang Dornying will explain how giving to others brings the happiness we wish for into our lives. Course cost: $20. Booking is not required.

Desirous attachment is one of the main causes of our craving, anxiety and dissatisfaction. On this meditation day course Kelsang Dornying will give instructions on how to overcome this powerful delusion and thereby achieve a truly contented mind. Course cost: $50. Positive Thinking, Easy Life

Kelsang Dornying

Kelsang Dornying is the Resident Teacher of Mahasiddha Buddhist Centre in Sydney. He presents Buddha's teachings in an inspiring, clear and practical way. Dornying is well-loved for his sincerity and light-hearted manner.
