Losang Dragpa Kadampa Buddhist Centre was established in October 2009 and is now based in a small house in Mayfield, five minutes drive from Newcastle city centre. The purpose of the centre is to provide a facility where people can learn about meditation and the Buddhist way of life.
We hold weekly drop-in classes at Merewether, New Lambton, Mayfield, Erina, Tuggerah and Warners bay. In addition, we also provide a committed study program which is held at Losang Dragpa centre most Sundays. This program is specifically designed for those who wish to deepen their understanding and practical application of Buddhas teachings in their daily lives.
